Indigenous Leaders of Tomorrow

A school-based mentoring program for students in Years 6 to 12

The Indigenous Leaders of Tomorrow and Indigenous Leaders of the Future program is a regional education program delivered by the Far North Queensland Indigenous Schooling Support Unit, Education Queensland.

This is a school based mentoring program for students in Years 6-9 and 10-12 from across Far North Queensland.

The aim of the Indigenous Leaders of Tomorrow and Indigenous Leaders of the Future is to assist students to develop a skills base that enables them to be effective leaders in their schools, families and communities.

Participating schools include Tully State High, Innisfail State High, Atherton State High, Mareeba State High, Gordonvale State High, Bentley Park College, Woree State High, Trinity Bay State High, Cairns State High, Smithfield State High, Mossman State High, Northern Peninsula Area College, Tagai State College, AFL Cape York House and Babinda P-10 State School.
